Edible Rosemary Essential oil

Internal use: Dilute one drop in about 100ml liquid. Explore cooking with essential oils here.

Topical use: Apply diluted one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with cold-pressed oils to minimize any skin sensitivity. Or you may add to your face cream or face oil to benefit from its application.
Add a few drops to your hair oil or any cold pressed oil to create healthy hair care oil.

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser for aroma therapy
