Domestic Shipping 

Our domestic orders are shipped using courier partners like Dtdc, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Amazon and India Speed Post depending on the connectivity of pin codes. You will receive a parcel tracking id on email/sms from us and our delivery partners.

Delivery policy 

Orders placed will be shipped within 24- 36 hours except for Sunday & National/State Holiday.

  • We offer free shipping on all paid orders (Minimum Value Rs. 600/-) in India.
  • Orders to metro and two-tier cities are usually delivered within 3-6 working days.
  • Orders to remote locations take about 7-10 working days.

Requests for expedited delivery can be shared with the shipping partner to try and deliver within the suggested timeline. However, we can only place the request and cannot guarantee committed delivery. 

For areas with no reputed courier services – products will be shipped through Indian Postal Services which may take 1-2 weeks’ time or more depending on the location.

Note - Once the package is shipped from our facility, we are dependent on our courier partners for delivering the product. Any delays due to courier partner network issues etc are out of our control. We will raise the ticket for the same to help speed up the process but such delays are beyond our administration. 

Cash on Delivery / COD Orders Policy

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on orders below ₹3000 only.
  • If you place 2 COD orders above ₹3000, your second order will be dispatched   only after the successful delivery of your first order.

Note: Our team will contact you within 24 hours for COD order confirmation. Once confirmed, your order will be dispatched from our side. This process helps us avoid fake and non-serious orders.

International Shipping

There is no shipping charge (Single shipment) on International order value Rs. 24000/- and above.. For orders above Rs. 24000/-, please drop an email to support@snaana.com  Terms & Conditions apply. 

Only one offer can be availed at a time which means either you can avail discount or avail free shipping if the order falls under the discount slab. 

All international location orders may attract local duties applicable if any, in that country and the customer will have to pay locally in accordance with the law in their country.

Shipping agencies do not offer cash on delivery services for international locations. We ship orders only after we have received the order amount in our bank.

Shipment usually takes 8-10 working days to reach the destination. Since we are dependent on shipping partners, we keep you posted on the shipment status and share the tracking details immediately after the order has been dispatched. 

Any delays due to courier partner network issues etc are out of our control. We will raise the ticket for the same to help speed up the process but such delays are beyond our administration.

Track Your Orders

Once your order is shipped, we will email/SMS you the shipment tracking details.This will help you know the status of your order. 

Undelivered international shipment 

In cases where the product is scheduled to return or already returned to origin, the product will be shipped again only when the international to & fro shipping is paid again. 

In case the shipment is lost or untraceable, we will raise the concern and refund as per the refund received from the shipping partner/courier agency. 

Order cancellation Charges

Case - 1 

Once processed but not shipped, the order can be cancelled but the amount will be refunded after deducting the payment gateway fee as per actual. 

Case - 2

If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped and is already in transit, the refund will be processed after deducting the payment gateway charges and both forward and return shipping costs. 

Packaging:

SNAANA products come in the best quality amber glass bottles & jars to prevent damage from light and sun as amber colour is a natural shield. Natural products may go bad in a short time when stored in plastic. 

Glass is prone to breakage so we suggest using the SNAANA bottles and jars carefully.
