Refund Policy
No refund shall be made once the goods are sold. Shipping costs will be charged to ship exchanged products.
Cash on Delivery / COD order once delivered can only be returned if there is a problem with the product such as wrong product shipped, improper label etc. We will either exchange the product or refund the billed amount after speaking to the customer within 3 – 5 Working days. Payment mode would be the same through which we have received the order amount by the customer (For ex. UPI, bank Transfer etc). SERENE SNAANA is not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery. If the parcel is not in proper condition, looks soiled in oil or water – we suggest you to not take the delivery of the product.
Exchange Policy
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in actual packaging with the original receipt and tags intact and undamaged.
- If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition
- For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied

Products purchased under clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns and exchange requests will be approved after the returned product is checked and approved by our team. - Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

Once your return request has been approved, we initiate the process within 2 days and share the refund screenshot however shopify and bank may take about 3-30 days to complete the process.
Damage Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share clear images or videos of the damaged item with us within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify and resolve your issue quickly.

Please note: Damages caused due to improper handling or use will not be covered under this policy.
Out of stock items
Listed products out of stock usually do not permit sale. However, if the order has been placed on an out of the stock item, we will contact you within 2 working days to update you on its non-availability. We will refund your amount. Many items sold at SNAANA are seasonal and their availability is only for a short period of time just because we do not use chemicals & preservatives. Hence, we apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
For orders cancelled before shipment is initiated, a charge of 2.5% as a payment gateway fee will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
For orders cancelled after it is shipped – shipping charge as per actual & a charge of 2.5% as a payment gateway fee will be deducted & balance amount will be refunded.
