How to use

Add oil to your salads or smoothies/shakes or meals to provide the body with the needed nutrients. One can take about 1 teaspoon a day with any meal or snacks.

Precaution

Always do a patch test/suitability test when using the product for the first time be it application or consumption. Avoid heating the oil – it is not suitable for deep frying purposes.

Individuals who take anticoagulant herbs/medicines should avoid them. Excess intake may cause nausea, diarrhea, and abdominal cramps. Reduce quantity intake. Unsuitable intake like an empty stomach may cause acidity to some, hence consume it with the meal.

Care for the product

Always store the oil in a cool and dry place. The oil is good to use for a year from the date of cold pressing.
