The delivery guy turned up twice to my house and refused to give it without OTP. He refused to deliver it when I was available. (After 5pm).... I am practically getting blasted by him.
why should a customer get blasted for not being available when the product is already fully paid by customer ? Rethink about your service.....
Then you said you will initiate the refund because you refuse to deliver....
I was looking forward to trying your product... Extremely disappointed to not receive product even after fully paying for it ....
I don't know how to identify the quality of the rose water but as i am purchasing this product from last 3-4 months the fragrance and feel on the skin of Rose water after spraying on face is not good
This order hydrosol not not that good in fragrance and after spraying the cooling effect of face is also missing in this bottle. Rather i think this lot of rose water has some issues.
other wise other all products are excellent i appreciate your brand now almost my whole house use snanna products including my friends and family and everyone loves your products.

Just a suggestion- i know the products are natural and i do not expect every time the same quality but try to maintain the quality of product.
