On the bottle it was written kalonji oil but inside it was very very bitter this is the second time I have received some other oil in kalonji pack
Rose Water is pretty stable in hot teas. Love that. It does soothe the mind a lot. I would want to know if this can be applied directly into the eyes. If yes, this is a boon anyday. I would want Snaana to come up with more essential oils. And I appreciate the different uses mentioned and even the explanation offered for Rose EO. The customer service can get promoter. They never responded to questions on Chamomile. So I didn't order beyond Rose water. Please correct this behaviour. Hope to hear from you on application into the eyes 😊🙏
Hii I loved your manjistha soap and Iam very satisfied regarding the packaging quality everything .but I am really upset regarding Manjistha soap size before 100 grams soap used to be available but now u r sending 225gms iam really disappointed regarding the size because I really love ur product iam no where interested to order this product .so as per customer request I want you to restock 100 grams manjistha soap .This is the only point where iam really disappointed about serene snaana.please try to do it fast …and convey this to ur managing director.. and try to change this is my concern

Ma'am, over the years, customers requested better value. With fixed costs making it difficult to reduce the 100 g price, we introduced 225 g—an additional 125 g for approximately ₹300 more.
For you, we can cut the soap into two pieces and pack them separately, making each closer to your preferred size and easier to use.

Perfect after bath oil. It should come in 1/2 L pack as well.
This is my second purchase of rose water and can surely say the quality is top notch,it's pure and organic.I even add in my herbal teas, it taste so good.Thank you for amazing products.
And i have one recommendation what if you also start selling organic and pure rose essential oil.I searched everywhere but can't surely say about the quality.

Regarding pure Rose Essential Oil — we did explore making it during our initial years. However, authentic rose essential oil is extraordinarily expensive to produce, costing no less than around ₹20 lakh per litre.
To obtain approximately 1 litre of rose essential oil, nearly 7,000–8,000 kg of fresh roses are required with quantity varying from season to season. With rose flowers averaging around ₹250 per kg, and then adding transportation, distillation fuel/electricity, labour, sterilised bottles, testing and other processing costs, the final price becomes exceptionally high.
We even produced a small quantity of around 100 ml in our early years, but we simply could not find buyers for genuine rose essential oil at the price its purity demanded. So, despite being able to make it, we decided not to take the product forward.
One thing has always been clear at SNAANA: we may choose not to sell a product, but we will never compromise its purity or mislead a customer about what is actually inside the bottle.
And we must say — you are among the very very few customers who have specifically asked us about pure Rose Essential Oil. It reflects how consciously you look at ingredients, purity and the process behind a product. Very often, the true cost of a genuinely pure product is difficult to understand unless one considers the quantity and quality of raw material that goes into making it.
