Edible Clove Essential oil

Internal use: Dilute one drop in about 100ml liquid. Explore cooking with essential oils here.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with cold-pressed oils to minimize any skin sensitivity. Or you may add to your face cream or face oil to benefit from its application.

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice for aromatherapy
Add about ½ a drop of diluted clove oil ( diluted in cold pressed oil like coconut or mustard) to toothpaste to clean teeth & gums. Add about a drop to a 50 ml water and gargle/whisk through gums & teeth for healing and soothing effect.
