Refund Policy

No refund shall be made once the goods are sold. Shipping costs will be charged to ship exchanged products.

Paid/Cash On Delivery order once delivered can only be returned if there is a problem with the product such as wrong product shipped, improper label etc. We will either exchange the product or refund the billed amount after speaking to the customer. For this, it is important that we are informed within 24 hours of the delivery. You can write to us at support@snaana.com or call us at 85-350-764-11

SNAANA is not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery. If the parcel is not in proper condition – we suggest do not receive the parcel.

Exchange Policy

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in actual packaging with the original receipt and tags intact and undamaged.

  • If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition
  • For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied
  • Product purchased under clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns and exchange requests will be approved after the returned product is checked and approved by our team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
  • Once your return request has been approved, it will take about 4-7 working days to complete the process.

Out of stock items

Listed products out of stock usually do not permit sale. However, if the order has been placed on an out of the stock item, we will contact you within 2 working days to update you on its non-availability. We will refund your amount. Many items sold at SNAANA are seasonal and their availability is only for a short period of time just because we do not use chemicals & preservatives. Hence, we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

For orders canceled before shipment is initiated, a charge of 2.5% as a payment gateway fee will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.

For orders cancelled post shipment – shipping charge as per actual & a charge of 2.5% as a payment gateway fee will be deducted & balance amount will be refunded.

SNAANA wants to drag your attention to the fact that we are still living in a legal framework that was adopted in British times and has not been amended at the pace synthetics/chemicals have come into use in skin care. Import, manufacture, distribution and sale of skin care/ beauty products are regulated by Drugs & Cosmetics Act 1940 and this law till date has not given a definite and uniform definition for usage of words on labels like natural and organic which is big-time responsible for misleading the consumers.

That is why what is packed in a bottle or jar in the name of natural, organic, ayurvedic is often not what it claims. Synthetic provide comfort and convenience to manufacturers in terms of making product cost effective and extending the shelf life but they harm our bodies. This is because we have never thought that these chemicals can make cause problems like migraine, cancer, hormonal disorders etc and much more in our bodies.
