SNAANA’s organic Perilla Oil (also known as “Bhanjeer” in India) is an organic herbal medicine for skincare and being effective for treating problems. It is extracted via cold pressed method from the Perilla seeds that helps cure skin and health conditions and causes no adverse effects. It has a nutty taste and is more rich than fish or cod liver oil capsules and a good substitute for people with allergy to fish oil.
At SNAANA we source the seeds from Garhwal region of Himalayas. Traditionally these seeds have been used in himlayan homes to make chutneys, roasted snacks etc. A kilogram of seeds gives us about 300 grams of raw, unrefined cold pressed oil.
Perilla oil contains excellent anti-allergic, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties due to the abundance of linolenic acid, which makes it a great choice for problematic skin types.
